Owners Representation
- Assist owner through the construction project to ensure their vision is being executed to a high quality standard
- Help create an owners program to ensure the end product functions as the owner intends it to
- Ensure the construction project is staying on schedule and budget
- Will attend on site meetings, review construction documents, hire testing agencies as required
Structural Engineering Design
- Provide structural stamped and signed drawings
- Submit calculations if required by the municipality
- Submit for required project permits
- Attend any onsite meetings that are required by the general contractor
- Coordinate with other design team members as required for the project
RESIDENTIAL
Drawing Design Services
- Creating construction documents that meet current design standards for either a new build, addition to a house or renovation
- Helping the owner with material selections such as flooring types, what quality of cabinets they can afford, house layout to meet their needs
Interior Design
- Creating a cohesive design for as small as a room
- Help with selection of cabinet colors, flooring colors, wall colors, cabinet hardware, furniture placement, etc.
- Create a mood board for the house and individual rooms with links to all items that are within the budget
- Will help client work with existing furniture they have and want to incorpoarte into their new space
General Contractor Services
- Provide a budget to homeowner for their project
- Manage the schedule, budget and expectations for the project
- Be the link between the owner and the sub-contractors to get your dream home built
VIRTUAL
Custom Mood Boards
- Receive 2 styled mood boards based off a Pinterest board/style, room photo, and budget that includes a document that links all of the items for that room
